You may raise a return/exchange request within 15 days of delivery, you may follow the below steps.

2. Fill in your order number and email/phone number to search your order.
3. Select the Exchange or Return buttons based on your requirement.
4. Please select the reason for return/exchange from the drop-down options provided.
5. Upload the product images and click on Next.
6. Store Credit is default selection and proceed, the return/exchange is raised to us.
7. Once the return/exchange request is accepted you will be notified and we will arrange the reverse pick-up within 2 business days.
8. Once the product is returned to its origin the exchange product will be shipped.

- We ship through registered courier companies for orders within India as well as international orders. International orders are delivered within 10-12 business days and domestic orders: are delivered within 5-7 business days. (You will see the delivery date for your order at the time of order confirmation.)

- We take request on cancellations and entertain them before the product is dispatched, once its invoiced we cannot cancel the order. If you wish to cancel, we urge you to reach out to us as soon as possible on email@example.com. We shall intimate you within 24hrs of receiving the email.
- Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made. Pre-paid transactions refund will be done within 10 business days from the time of cancellations.
- Cancellation won't be acceptable once product has been shipped.
- In case of exchange customer has to inform within 7 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged and in a saleable condition.
- Product must be returned with all tags attached in its original condition along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice & other papers.
- Please ensure that all the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
- Damaged or soiled products will not be accepted.
- We will be able to process the exchange post receipt of the original product.
- Product can only be exchanged if they meet our terms and conditions.
- Discounted products will not be eligible for any kind of exchange or returns.
- Our Products are not eligible for refunds.
As soon you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once the order is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number, which can be used to track your order on our shipping agents’ sites.
