Return & Exchange Policy
We’re here to help if you're not fully satisfied with your purchase. You may raise a return request within 15 days from the date of delivery. Please note, as per our policy, we do not offer refunds. Instead, a credit note with a validity of 3 months will be issued for your next online purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
- Visit our returns portal: Return Request Link
- Click on the Return button.
- Select the reason for return from the drop-down menu.
- Upload images of the product you wish to return.
- Click Next and proceed.
- Credit note will be the default return resolution.
Once your request is reviewed and accepted, we’ll notify you and arrange for reverse pickup within 2–3 business days. After the item reaches us and passes our quality check, your credit note will be issued via email. The credit note can be used to shop for a different size, the same item, or a completely new article. It is also applicable on sale items.
Note: For all online orders that cannot be delivered (partially or fully), a credit note will be issued within 15 days of cancellation confirmation.

Products Eligible for Return
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, and in saleable condition.
- All original tags must be attached and returned in their original condition.
- Return must include original packing materials, invoice, courier receipt, and related documents.
- Items must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit. Damaged or soiled products will not be accepted.
- Accessories and discounted products are not eligible for returns.
Terms and Conditions for Sale Products
- All discounts/special pricing are valid till stock lasts.
- Discounted products sold during the Sale period are not eligible for returns/refunds.
- No other offer or discount can be clubbed with the sale offers.
- Discounts may change during the Sale period without prior notice.
- Delivery time may vary due to increased orders during Sale period.
- Fulfillment of orders is subject to product availability and quality parameters.
- If a damaged product is received, contact askme@saundh.in within 48 hours with order details and images.
- In case of any conflict with standard terms, Sale T&C will apply.
- For any technical issues, our Customer Care Team will assist you.
Product Cancellation
- Cancellation requests are accepted before the product is dispatched. Email us at askme@saundh.in as soon as possible.
- Refunds for pre-paid orders will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment mode.
- Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once shipped.
Domestic Orders
- We ship through registered courier companies within India. Domestic orders are delivered within 5–7 business days.
- Pre-orders, made-to-measure, and promotional merchandise timelines may vary. Please refer to product descriptions.
Note: Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not counted as working days.
International Orders
- As soon as you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which can be used to track your order on our shipping agents’ websites.
- We ship through registered courier companies for orders within India as well as international orders. International orders are delivered within 12–15 business days.
- Any additional taxes and customs charges levied by the destination country are to be borne by the customer.
Please note: Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays are not considered working days for standard deliveries.
We do not permit returns, exchanges, or refunds on international orders. However, in case a defective product is delivered, please share your concerns with our Customer Care team at askme@saundh.in.
