How do I place an order?
(i) Add the item to your shopping cart.
(ii) Continue to shop or buy the desired item.
(iii) Once your selection is complete click on the checkout & pay icon.
(iv) Select your payment mode.
(v) Once the payment is done you will receive a confirmation email that your order has been placed on the registered email address given at the time of sign up.
What are the shipping charges?
We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders in India. For all international orders, a shipping charge will be applicable. Please visit https://saundh.com/ for International orders.
Are there any duties and taxes applicable?
Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees.
Can I change the shipping address of the order?
Yes, you can change the shipping address of your order only before it is billed or shipped. No changes can be done post order shipment.
What if I am not available when the order is delivered?
As a policy, our courier partners will always call/text message you before delivery to check your availability. However, in case the order arrives when you are not available, it will be re-dispatched after your confirmation.
Can you arrange the delivery on priority or expedite delivery since I am leaving country?
We always try to deliver the order at the earliest, but we would not be able to accommodate any special requests during the sale period. We commit to try our best.
Do you offer made-to-order service?
Saundh offers ready-to-wear products in standard sizes. However, our exclusive Saundh Khaas collection can be made-to-order subject to size specs. For further assistance, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team firstname.lastname@example.org
What happens if the wrong product was delivered to me?
In the unlikely event that the product you received is not what you ordered; please contact our Customer Care Team within 24 hours of delivery. They will help arrange for a reverse pick-up and ensure the correct order is delivered to you at the earliest.
What happens if the product I ordered is out of stock?
If a product is out of stock, you will be informed when you add it to your Shopping Cart or at Checkout. In rare cases, if the product is out of stock after your order is confirmed, we will initiate order cancellation and refund the amount or offer an exchange of products of the same value.
If I have received a damaged item during the Sale, would you offer to replace this item?
We will offer a replacement of the same item if we have available stocks at the time. Otherwise, we will offer you a credit voucher of the same value within 15 days of your raising the concern with us. The voucher may be redeemed online or at our stores depending on which platform it was issued respectively.
Do you have alteration facilities?
No, we do not provide any alteration facilities. Kindly go through the size chart before placing your order.
If I place an order now, can you arrange the delivery after a period of time?
As long as the payment is made at the time of placing an order, we can ship it at a later time if the request is feasible for us.
Can I place my order online and then collect it from the shop?
Yes, you may order online and add relevant Shop’s delivery address for collection.
Can I cancel my order, or can I change the size/items I have ordered for during the Sale?
We do not provide the option of cancelling or modifying any orders during sale. We do promise to try our level best to help you but won’t be able to commit.
Do you have discounts in your shops too?
We have very limited inventory that is on discount presently in our shop. This is an online exclusive sale only.
Are the discount percentages the same in the shops too?
Yes, the discount percentages are the same for the same product sold online and offline.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE
Do you accept returns or refunds?
The product can be returned only if it is found to be damaged upon receipt.
If the order was paid for electronically, we will refund the amount back to you within 7-8 working days.
Customer needs to share image of the damage for reference.
We do not permit and return or exchanges for International orders.
How can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order within 24 hours.
The prepaid amount will be refunded within 7-8 working days. (Only in the case of online transaction).
What is your exchange policy?
The product will be exchanged only if it meets our conditions i.e.
if the product does not match the item in your confirmation email.
If the product has a genuine manufacturing defect or is damaged.
If the product size is incorrect.
Can I return or exchange sale items in your shops or online?
We do not have a return or exchange policy for sale items that have been delivered as per the order placed unless a defective/wrong product is shipped to the customer. All replacements/exchanges and returns are processed only after the sale is over.

What are the online payment options available on your website
We accept all Credit/Debit cards and Internet banking services of all major banks. We also accept wallet payments.
Do you provide Cash on Delivery (COD) service?
Yes, we provide Cash on Delivery services at select locations up to a cash limit of Rs.15,000/-. Please enter your PIN code during the checkout page to confirm your area eligibility.
My transaction failed, I received a payment gateway error message Please help.
Sorry for the inconvenience caused; this could be due to a technical glitch, please try again later. In case the problem persists, please contact our Customer Care Team and they will help you complete your order. If amount was deducted before the order was completed, please contact your bank for transaction reversal.
How do I report any suspicious activity during payment?
Please abort the transaction and inform our Customer Care Team immediately. You may also want to contact your bank and reassure the safety of your account.
What happens if my credit/debit card has been compromised while making a payment online?
We do not store/retain any of your credit card information. If you suspect that your information has been compromised, please get in touch with your bank immediately.
The fit of our clothing depends on the cut, fabric and style of each garment. Some garments are designed to have a looser, relaxed fit and some garments are styled to be more fitted. We follow ready Garment sizes. Please review our sizing guide to select the size best suited to you.
Our designs are a metaphorical reminder of subtleties of nature that evoke a sense of rawness and authenticity. Our products involve digital printing and intrinsic hand-embroidery and we recommend Dry Clean only.
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this Web site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor display of any color will be accurate.
